CSSMCW Davidsville Physical Therapy Clinic & Fitness Center is conveniently located in the heart of Hollsopple, PA. Our experienced and friendly staff will work with you to prepare a patient-centered, quality individualized plan of care to aid in your recovery and returning to your prior lifestyle.

The Wellness Program is designed to help you make healthy lifestyle changes through a specifically designed exercise program or transition from PT to an independent exercise program.
You will be supervised by exercise physiologists and provided one-on-one guidance. The Wellness Program is a monthly program lasting up to three months total before transitioning to a regular gym membership or personal training. The program is $60 monthly for up to three months ($180 in total for full program) and is a self-pay program.

Kelsey graduated from the Doctorate of Physical Therapy Program at Lebanon Valley College in 2015. She has been a physical therapist at Chan Soon-Shiong Medical Center at Windber since 2017. She started at CSSMCW while completing an Orthopedic Residency program through Saint Francis University. She is now a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. She also has an interest in manual therapy after completing a certification to become a Certified Manual Physical Therapist. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her family including her husband and son, traveling, weight lifting, and CrossFit.
Breanna graduated from the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Mount Aloysius College. She is an Orthopedic Certified PTA and specifically enjoys working with joint replacements and post-surgery recovery. Breanna pursued a career in physical therapy because of her love for sports and her passion for helping others which was inspired by her grandmothers.
Paige is a 2022 graduate from Slippery Rock University with a B.S. in Exercise Science. She joined the HealthStyles and Davidsville PT staffs in spring 2022 after completing an internship with the Cardiac Rehabilitation program earlier that year. She works with the Cardiac Rehabilitation department and Davidsville Wellness program, as well as offering personal training services.
Paige enjoys working with a wide variety of clients that are motivated and like to have fun while they workout. Her favorite part about working Davidsville and HealthStyles is the wide variety of people she meets and forms connections with. As a trainer, Paige believes that these connections are the best way to help clients meet goals and make lifelong changes. She enjoys training her clients with a wide variety of secretly challenging exercises she likes to call “deceptively easy.”

Trista graduated in 2022 with a Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She began her career with an internship at Bedford and Altoona UPMC and then started directly with Windber Medical Center after graduating. She holds an ACSM certification as a Certified Exercise Physiologist.
Trista works in different locations within Windber’s Hospital including at both the Davidsville and Conemaugh Valley clinics where she does personal training as well as in the cardiac rehab department in the Healthstyles gym. Her main goal is to try to keep her clients/patients to stay positive and to motivate them to accomplish goals not just in the gym, but in everyday life.
