CSSMCW Davidsville Physical Therapy Clinic & Fitness Center is conveniently located in the heart of Hollsopple, PA. Our experienced and friendly staff will work with you to prepare a patient-centered, quality individualized plan of care to aid in your recovery and returning to your prior lifestyle.

Kelsey graduated from the Doctorate of Physical Therapy Program at Lebanon Valley College in 2015. She has been a physical therapist at Chan Soon-Shiong Medical Center at Windber since 2017. She started at CSSMCW while completing an Orthopedic Residency program through Saint Francis University. She is now a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. She also has an interest in manual therapy after completing a certification to become a Certified Manual Physical Therapist. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her family including her husband and son, traveling, weight lifting, and CrossFit.
Breanna graduated from the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Mount Aloysius College. She is an Orthopedic Certified PTA and specifically enjoys working with joint replacements and post-surgery recovery. Breanna pursued a career in physical therapy because of her love for sports and her passion for helping others which was inspired by her grandmothers.
Jordyn is a 2025 graduate of Mount Aloysius College where she earned her Associate degree in the Physical Therapist Assistant program. She is also a 2023 graduate of Slippery Rock University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in the field of Exercise Science. Before switching roles to becoming a PTA, Jordyn had worked as an Exercise Physiologist with Windber’s Cardiac Rehabilitation team and formerly at Windber’s Conemaugh Valley Physical Therapy and Fitness Clinic. Jordyn has a passion for learning about the human body and helping others understand their health conditions. In her free time, Jordyn loves spending time with her family, including her dog Jax, watching her favorite Pittsburgh sports teams compete, and strength training.
