Wellness Program

The Wellness Program is designed to help you make healthy lifestyle changes through a specifically designed exercise program or transition from PT to an independent exercise program.

You will be supervised by exercise physiologists and provided one-on-one guidance. The Wellness Program is a monthly program lasting up to three months total before transitioning to a regular gym membership or personal training. The program is $60 monthly for up to three months ($180 in total for full program) and is a self-pay program.

Staff

Kelsey Stewardson, DPT, OCS, CMPTPhysical Therapist

Kelsey graduated from the Doctorate of Physical Therapy Program at Lebanon Valley College in 2015. She has been a physical therapist at Chan Soon-Shiong Medical Center at Windber since 2017. She started at CSSMCW while completing an Orthopedic Residency program through Saint Francis University. She is now a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist. She also has an interest in manual therapy after completing a certification to become a Certified Manual Physical Therapist. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time with her family including her husband and son, traveling, weight lifting, and CrossFit.

Windber Care

Allison Kinzer, PTA Physical Therapist Assistant

Alli earned her Associates Degree of Exercise Science: Physical Therapy Assistant from Cal U of PA in the class of 2023. She has done clinical rotations in several different settings prior to being hired at Chestnut Ridge which has provided her with the appropriate knowledge to treat her patients to the best of her ability. In her free time she enjoys traveling, attending sporting events, spending time with family/friends (especially her dogs), and doing multiple activities outdoors.

Breanna Schrock, PTAPhysical Therapist Assistant

Breanna graduated from the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Mount Aloysius College. She is an Orthopedic Certified PTA and specifically enjoys working with joint replacements and post-surgery recovery. Breanna pursued a career in physical therapy because of her love for sports and her passion for helping others which was inspired by her grandmothers.

Julia Barton, CSCSExercise Physiologist

Julia graduated from the Sport & Exercise Science undergraduate and graduate programs at Indiana University of Pennsylvania and has been working as an Exercise Physiologist at CSSMCW’s Conemaugh Valley PT Clinic & Fitness since 2021. She started working as a personal trainer in 2018 and has worked with clients of all ages as well as those with disabilities, and she also taught group classes. After completing her degrees under the Strength and Conditioning track, she obtained her CSCS certification and is looking forward to using her knowledge and experience at the Richland Sports Performance Clinic. Her goal is to help athletes and the general population improve their athleticism and achieve the results they want by implementing scientifically proven training methods. Outside of work, she enjoys training in the gym, volunteering at the Humane Society of Cambria County, playing the piano, and spending time with her fiancé and pets.
