Celebrate the women in our community!
Join us for some ‘mocktails’ and snacks as we talk about the obstacles of menopause and how to relieve symptoms. Topics will include hormone changes, natural and medication based symptom relief, sex during and after menopause, and osteoporosis prevention.
This program will be presented by Karen Menser, CRNP. She is a Nurse Practitioner with Windber GYN Associates with more than 10 years of experience in women’s health. She has specific interest in menopause, infertility, and adolescent health.
