Precision Fitness, located in Somerset, donated $1,503.75 to the Joyce Murtha Breast Care Center (JMBCC). To raise the funds, the fitness club held a silent auction, pink ribbon sale, new/used t-shirt sale, and a night of cardio called the Pink-A-Thon. They also collected money from employees who wore jeans to work on Fridays.
Their generous support helps fund Pink Ribbon Care, a program that provides assistance for patients who are unable to pay for breast-related health services – including mammograms, follow-up diagnostic services, and genetic counseling.
Precision Fitness began raising funds to support breast cancer awareness in 2014. Since then, they have raised a total of $3653.75 for the JMBCC.
