1. What is your specialty?
I am a family nurse practitioner with experience in primary care and palliative care.
2. Why did you want to become a nurse practitioner?
God has always guided me in my career path. When I was working as an RN I realized continuing on to become a nurse practitioner would open up many opportunities for me to learn more skills and advance in my profession.
3. What is one aspect of the job that you find rewarding?
Going the extra mile to help out a patient in need.
4. In your opinion, what is the future of your field?
Very optimistic.
5. What do you do to achieve work/life balance?
I love to spend time with family and friends especially my wife and four children. We are into many outdoor activities and are active in our church.
