As part of Chan Soon-Shiong Medical Center at Windber’s (CSSMCW) commitment to creating a healthier community, we are undertaking a Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA). The purpose of the CHNA process is to identify and prioritize the most important community needs and priorities and to develop and implement action plans to improve the health of the community. We have retained Strategy Solutions, Inc. to assist us with the CHNA process.
We would like to collect input from a broad and diverse representation of our community to help inform our assessment. Therefore, we invite all community members to please take a few minutes to complete a brief online survey to provide input on important health topics and issues in our community.
