Internal Medicine/Family Practice Physician

We are seeking an Internal and/or Family Medicine trained provider to join us in pursuit of high quality patient care to provide full scope of primary care services including but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventive care and health maintenance. This position is also responsible for establishing and maintaining contact with various insurance agencies and reporting to them pertinent patient information to obtain certification for services. Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school (in a healthcare related field) such as Cardiovascular Tech, Radiologic Tech, or Certified Surgical Tech, required. Registered Radiologic Tech RT(R) or Cardiovascular Tech (CVT) certification must be obtained within two years if a RT or CVT. Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) is preferred. CST must have 3-4 years of Cath Lab experience within the last 3 years of hire. Must be fluent in medical terminology; Ability to use radiographic equipment and handle patients who present in a variety of conditions.
