The experienced orthopedic and sports staff at Windber Sports Complex PT & Sports Performance will work with you to prepare a patient-centered, quality individualized plan of to aid in your recovery and returning to your sport at the highest level. We will also help you to maximize performance for sport specific skills with foundational training and strategic strength and conditioning.

Area athletes are invited to join our convenient location in the Windber Sports Complex, offering state-of-the-art functional strength training equipment. The sports performance center aims to prepare athletes for the physical challenges of their sport by improving overall athleticism as well as sport specific and functional skills including speed and agility.

Additionally, the sports complex is a versatile space for multiple sports. Athletes will have access to indoor and outdoor baseball/softball fields, an indoor basketball and volleyball court, an indoor soccer field, and batting cages as part of their rehab program.
Alicia is a staff physical therapist at the Chan Soon-Shiong Medical Center at the Windber Sport Complex and Richland Physical Therapy and Sports Performance Clinic. She specializes in helping athletes return to their sport and has a passion for working with CrossFit and barbell athletes. She graduated from Saint Francis University with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Alicia has completed an Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency program through Upstream Rehabilitation and is a board certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist through The American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. Additionally, she is a certified Champion Performance Specialist (C-PS) and coaches group fitness classes at a local functional fitness facility. She has previous experiences coaching youth sports performance classes and personal training. She enjoys competing in CrossFit and Olympic Lifting. Outside of the gym she enjoys hiking, skiing, and spending time with her husband, Alex, and their three dogs.
Kolby is a 2024 graduate from West Virginia University earning his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology. Kolby’s goals are to provide the best exercise prescriptions, improve clients’ athletic performance to reach their fitness goals, and reduce the injuries they sustain. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys resistance training, golfing, and watching sports.
