New Cardiac Cath Lab Manager Hired

Chan Soon-Shiong Medical Center at Windber (CSSMCW) is pleased to announce that Shannon Vitovich, RN has been named Cardiac Catheterization Lab Manager for the new facility that is planned to open this fall. In this newly developed position, she will coordinate the development of the Cardiac Catheterization Lab, policies and procedures, staff education, and overall function of the lab.

Vitovich, a Johnstown native, is a graduate of Edinboro University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. Vitovich comes to CSSMCW with 16 years of experience working in a Cardiac Catheterization Lab.

Michelle Hamula, CSSMCW’s Director of Nursing and Quality, said, “We are very excited and confident that we have secured the right talent for success. The Chan Soon-Shiong Medical Center at Windber is proud to be bringing this necessary service to the community.”
