Event Details

A Hatha Yoga practice incorporates asana (postures), pranayama (breath), and meditation. The class will range from flowing vinyasa to yin-type poses held for longer periods of time to focus on proper alignment. Breath work and meditation are incorporated to create a deeper connection between body and mind.
