This position is responsible for assisting the Registered Nurse within the realm of the Nurse Assistant certification with respect to any changes with the patient. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Valid Nurse Aide certification is required. CPR certification is preferred at time of hire, required within 6 months of hire. One to three months related experience and/or training preferred.

This position is responsible for performing a wide variety of Laboratory Customer Service tasks. Acts as a clerk for the laboratory and effectively performs specimen collection procedures. This position will travel to Skilled Nursing Facilities and off-site draw locations. Must be a graduate of an approved Phlebotomy Training Program and have 1 year experience in a hospital or nursing home environment. Must have geriatric and pediatric skills and be able to perform heelstick on newborns. Computer skills required. Must rotate weekends, shifts and holidays. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, valid registration and insurance.

3 positions available FLOAT POSITION. This position is responsible for meeting patient needs effectively and efficiently by applying complete nursing care to assigned patients. Care must be provided through all life stages in medical, surgical and telemetry areas of nursing. This position also provides direction and supervision to other staff members regarding patient care. Graduate from an approved school of nursing and minimum of diploma of nursing required. Current, valid PA RN license required. CPR / BLS, ACLS & Telemetry/Dysrythimia required. Minimum three years medical surgical experience and ability to provide coverage in CCU, WING III, PCU, ASU & PACU during times of staffing needs required. Will work one summer and one winter holiday per year, 4 days minimum and 1 weekend per month.

This position is responsible for providing total patient care for each home health patient that is based on the individual patient care plan and medical care plan with appropriate age-specific assessments, interventions, evaluation and care implementation. This position is also responsible for providing patient and family education as the foundation of nursing care. Valid PA licensure as a RN and PA driver’s license required. Current CPR Certification required. One year of experience and/or training in a nursing field required. OB/GYN experience preferred.

This position assumes the responsibility of meeting patient care needs effectively and efficiently by providing complete nursing care to all assigned patients. This position possesses adequate knowledge of these specialty areas to effectively empower patients and their families with adequate teaching experience to meet their unique and ongoing home care needs. Provides clinical oversight to other staff members regarding patient care. Graduate from an approved school of nursing and a Valid Pennsylvania Registered Nurse license required. CPR and NALS preferred at time of hire, required within 6 months or hire date. PALS and ACLS preferred. Six months to one year related experience and/or training preferred.
